Key Responsibilities:

Cost Analysis: analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to assess the costs associated with millwork projects.

Cost Monitoring: monitor project costs throughout the project lifecycle, tracking expenses and identifying potential cost overruns or savings opportunities.

Reporting and Communication: communicate project costs and budgets to project managers and clients

Risk Assessment: assess the potential financial, technical, and operational risks associated with a project and incorporate these into their cost estimates.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience in construction or a related field
Expertise in reading and interpreting construction drawings
Competent calculation performance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for accurate cost analysis and budgeting.
Ability to present estimates and communicate with clients and associates.
Excellent organizational skills are required to manage multiple projects and track costs effectively.
