Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with other Kitchen & Bath Designers, Sales, Purchaser, Location Managers & Staff, and Distributors onlearning our design process/procedures
- Assessing customer kitchen/bath project needs
- Conducting field measurements and verifications
- Answer customer questions both in-person and over the phone
- Maintain a clean and attractive showroom
- Clerical or other store duties as assigned
Competencies - To perform the job successfully, an individual must demonstrate the following competencies:
- 2+ years of prior kitchen design and industry experience required
- 2+ years of 20/20 computer-aided design ability
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to probe and ask questions to clarify project details
- Strong communication ability
- Experience reading blueprints helpful
- Capability to take direction and work well with others
- Willingness to learn

- Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent
- Language Skills: English
- Mathematical Skills: Able to perform simple math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and board footage.)
- Computer Skills: Knowledge of 20/20, MS Office products, basic computer skills
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies up to 20 pounds.
