MOYER LAUNCHES ONLINE “BARGAIN BIN”
Gilbertsville – (April, 2006) A.D. Moyer Lumber
has launched the “Bargain Bin”, a new
feature to their Internet presence at admoyer.com.
The “Bargain Bin” is the latest feature
on the company’s ever evolving website. According
to company officials, the “Bargain Bin” features
one-time odd-stock special deals that are often sold
at or well below the company’s cost. Some may
be scratched or dented; others are items in perfect
condition that may have been miss-ordered or discontinued.
The new feature page on the site is completely dynamic
(like much of the rest of the site) allowing management
to keep item information up to the minute live-time
24/7 via remote control panel technology. Items from
all three of A.D. Moyer’s locations are included
on the site.
A.D. Moyer’s website - introduced in 1997
- is developed and hosted by Media Fusion Technologies
of Boyertown and has advanced to be a premier source
of building materials information and resources in
the industry. Other dynamic features of the website
include a full searchable catalog detailing more
than 20,000 stock items and the “Find A Builder” section
where potential customers can find a contractor to
fit their building or remodeling needs from a variety
of categories.
A.D. Moyer Lumber, headquartered in Gilbertsville
with stores in Pottstown and Douglassville, has been
serving the building material needs of South Eastern
Pennsylvania since 1939. Founded by Amandus D. Moyer,
the company is now under the administration of the
third generation of Moyers and remains actively committed
to its role in supporting valued community efforts.
