Position Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Drives specified CDL and non-CDL trucks to customer destinations
Maintains the ability to determine the status of an order at any given time
Produces quality products to meet and exceed customer’s expectations
Follows any special instructions pertaining to an individual order
Maintains inventory stock in the yard in a safe and orderly manner when not on the road
Reports any quality or inventory discrepancy issues to the appropriate person
Communicates positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers, and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up
Operates a forklift safely and efficiently, maintains required certification, performs vehicle safety checks, and reports discrepancies to supervisor
Assists in keeping the facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently
Processes returns accurately
Presents a neat and professional image
Assists in keeping facility secure
Maintains proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required
Seasonal Requirement: Assists with snow removal
Other duties may be assigned

Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have current commercial driver’s license (CDL A or B) and medical certification
Must have a clean driving record
Construction/industry experience highly desired
