Reward Wall Systems, Inc. is one of the oldest and most well-established insulating concrete form (ICF) manufacturers and distributors in North America.

Reward is the only major ICF manufacturer with two complete and diversified lines of insulating concrete forms used in residential and commercial structures --iFormT, an innovative universal flat wall form that is horizontally and vertically reversible, and eFormT, an efficient waffle grid form that saves 30% on concrete.

Reward's flat wall insulating concrete form (ICF) is the most innovative and versatile on the market. iForm is available in four widths - 9", 11" and 13" in straight, 90° corner and 45° corner configurations, and 15" in straight and 90° corner configurations. A manufactured ledge form also is available in the 11" and 13" sizes. That makes a full product line of thirteen separate forms. No wonder iForm makes any wall construction quick and easy. Perfect for both commercial and residential construction, iForm flat wall forms produce steel-reinforced concrete walls that are straight, square and plumb, and buildings that are strong, safe and energy efficient.

  • Universal. Flip it, reverse it-there is no top or bottom, no right side or wrong end. Corner forms work as either left or right.
  • Strong. Ties, 6" on center horizontally and 8" on center vertically provide unmatched strength during concrete pours.
  • Two blocks in one. Cut the blocks in half and use both halves, because there is no top or bottom to the form.
  • Snap-in, loose-fit, two-deep rebar chairs. It's a snap to place horizontal rebar in five different locations within the wall. Don't bother with rebar ties-with the snap-in design, you don't need them. You can also snap in overlapping ends or two pieces of horizontal rebar at once.
  • Thick, recessed, full-length fastening surface. Ties run the full length of the block, top to bottom, providing maximum strength. The ties are recessed a full ½" to ensure proper application of EIFS and other finishes. Finishing the walls has never been easier!
  • Corner tie in the factory formed 90° and 45° corner forms makes attaching finishes easy.
  • Straight, square, plumb walls. iForm maximizes the ability to achieve the single most important performance criteria for any poured wall system-the ability to deliver a finished wall that is straight, square and plumb.
  • Minimal bracing. iForm requires much less bracing during stacking, around door and window openings and on the corners than is required by other ICF systems and results in a straighter, truer structure.
  • No voids or deflection problems. The iForm tie allows concrete to flow easily within the form with minimal damming effects and eliminates deflection between ties and the block
  • Ease and flexibility. iForm is easy and flexible to install and is the perfect choice for any commercial or residential application. It can be specified for even the most complicated floor plan and performs extremely well around window, door and other openings, requiring very little gluing or taping.
  • Easily finished. The iForm design easily accepts any interior and exterior finish. The versatility of EPS construction allows you to easily place all electrical wiring or plumbing. Using a router or hot knife, you can create open channels directly in the foam, for wiring and plumbing.

Strength and Durability

  •  Superior strength provides design flexibility and safety.
  •  Virtually maintenance-free wall system.
  •  Masonry construction means your customers may receive a lower insurance rate.
Safety and Security
  • Excellent protection from high winds, hurricanes and tornadoes.
  •  Withstands winds up to 200 miles per hour.
  • Provides safety from flying debris.
  • Three -hour fire rating
  • If exposed to flame, Reward forms emit less than half the toxins of burning wood.
  • Enhanced resale and marketability.
  • Prevents the harmful development of mildew, mold and fungi.
  • Performs well in seismic zones.

Energy Efficiency and Conservation:
  • Save 50% to 80% of heating and cooling costs.
  • Reward Energy Efficiency Mortgage gives customer buying power.
  • Reduces the amount of fossil fuels used to heat and cool the structure.
  • Conserves lumber - 13.8 trees are used to construct an average wood framed house.
  • Combines air tightness and thermal mass for superior energy savings.

Exterior finishes and waterproofing are applied directly to the Reward form.  Exterior finishes include brick, stone, vinyl and wood siding.  Stucco can be applied directly to the Reward form without additional expensive foam backing.

Drywall, paneling and other interior finishes can be applied directly to the Reward wall.  Fastening surfaces are located 1/4" below the surface at 12" on center.  These fastening surfaces are clearly marked with a raised bead and receive screws easily.
